Solution: Software need te be activated, contact software sell to activate the software.

Soultion: Change date of laptop to year 2010
if you met below issue during using Porsche Piwis 3 , use the same method, chang the date of laptop to 2010.
Issue: device conneceted to vehicle, but software can not see the device
