Lonsdor K518ISE/K518S can program smart keys for 90% Toyota/Lexus with 8A chip and 4A chip in cooperation with Lonsdor Super ADP 8A/4A adapter (8A: DST-AES 88 A8 A9; 4A: Hitag-AES) and The programming job does not require a password.
Main Procedure:
Step 1. Connect Lonsdor 8A/4A adapter to the smartbox.
Step 2: Backup IMMO data (Lexus ES260 for example)
Step 3: Generate emulator key 8A/4A (For all keys lost)
Step 4: Add Smart key
Step 5: Delete the Smart key for Lonsdor ADP 8A/4A adapter
Step 1. Connect Lonsdor 8A/4A adapter to the smartbox
Examples:
Lexus ES260 smartbox is located under the storage box of passenger seat
Lexus LS500 smartbox is located under the left-hand side of the driver’s seat.
Firstly, find out the smartbox and connect it to 8A / 4A adapter.
Step 2: Backup IMMO data (Lexus ES260 for example)
Path: Immo & Remote -> Toyota -> 8A type->smart key system -> IMMO data backup.
Please make sure all the adapters are connected well to K518ISE /K518S, and the wifi is connected too, then tap “OK”.
Software Number is read out successfully, click on “OK”.

Input a file name to save the immo data.
Reading the data, please wait…
Backup the immo data successfully, the saved file is used to add key and delete key.
Step 3: Generate emulator key (8A/4A)
Required: make sure K518ISE / K518S is connected to the stable network.
Good to know:
Situation 1. all keys lost: need to generate emulator key
Situation 2. Add new key: need not to generate emulator key
Take Lexus ES260 AKL programming for example.
Select “Generate emulator key (8A/4A)”, then select the file you just backed up and then “OK”.
Connect the antenna of K518, and put the top of the antenna into the card slot.
Click on “Ok”.
Generating…
Generate emulator key (8A/4A) successfully, next is to turn on the ignition by
pressing the top of emulator on to Start /Stop button for twice until the car start.
Step 4: Add Smart key
Example: Lexus ES260
Click on “Add smart key”.
Make sure K518ISE is connected to a good network.
You can use a registered original car key or emulator key, here we have an emulator key, also please confirm that the smart box of the original car has been connected to the car.
Turn the ignition switch to the on position.
Press the Start /Stop button, then put the emulator key up to it, the car will start, click on “OK” on K518.
Read out the software number
Turn off the ignition switch, and open the dual flashing lights, then click “OK”.
Select ‘Load the smart box DFlash file to get 12-bit PIN code’
Select the file has been backed up
The device detects:
Registered key number: 2
The key can be registered: 5.
Click on “OK”
Please follow the on-screen guide to finish the following operation within 30s
1) Put the back of the registered key or generated emulator key on the Start button, when the buzzer beeps one time, remove the smart key or emulator key
2) Put the back of the smart key that needs to be registered on the Start button, when the buzzer beeps twice, remove the smart key.
Okay, we already add new key successfully.
You see the registered key number is 3, and the key can be registered is 4.
Use the new key to directly turn on the ignition without the emulator key.
Put the back of the smart key that has just registered on the Start button, the buzzer beeps.
Programming is completed
Finally, turn off the ignition switch and dual flashing lights
Check if the programmed key can use normally or not
OK, it works fine!
Step 5: Delete the Smart key for Lonsdor ADP 8A/4A adapter
Please prepare the keys that are go to save.
Read the instructions and to follow:
This function is used to delete all the keys that are not near.
The keys that do not touch the start button will be deleted and cannot be registered again.
Turn the ignition switch on
Read out the software number
Turn off the ignition switch, and turn on the dual flashing lights
Select ‘Load the smart box DFlash file to get 12-bit PIN code’
Select the data that has been backup.
Put the key up the start button and it will beep one time
Take the key that need to be deleted out of the car.
Delete the key successfully.
Now the registered key number is 2.
Finally, please be informed:
1.Lonsdor Super ADP 8A/4A adapter is required to used with Lonsdor K518ISE/K518S key programmer, not used alone.
2.When all keys lost, requires an LKE emulator as well.
