Part 1: How to solve GM MDI2 Global TIS V32 cannot be found
Customer problem:
It will not connect with global tis v32 tried on 3 different laptops. MDI manager finds and connects the gm mdi2 device but global tis has a red X through the device when trying to select it, see images attached. Are you able to help via remote still need help asap? Thanks!
The solution offered by Autonumen.com engineer:
The global TIS software you installed is old, and it only can be activated on Windows XP. Please change the XP system.
Part 2: How to Solve GM MDI2 Not Connected to MDI Problem
I bought the GM MDI 2 package from Autonumen last week. I installed the MDI Manager software along with HDD but when I tried to connect the MDI device it asked me to recover the MDI software because the one is out of date. So when I try to update the GM MDI device an error occurs every time. And at the end, after a few seconds the device automatically disconnects and I can do nothing with it. I cannot connect again and the device seems dead.
I made several attempts to update/recover the MDI device but with no luck.
